Maite Perroni Sets Her Sights On New York
These days, it looks like Maite Perroni is in a New York state of mind. The
29-year-old ex-RBD’er announced that she is moving to the
Big Apple to study music, record an album and possibly dabble in theater.
During a recent video chat, Maite revealed her big plans and thanked her
fans for all of their encouragement.
“I have several big things planned for 2013,” she
said. “I’m going to New York to study music, to study singing and to
study dance. I’m very excited, this is something I’ve been dreaming about for a
long time.”
Perroni’s followers have been eagerly awaiting her
first full-length solo album. She promised good things to come and revealed
that Chilean producer Koko Stambuk will be helping her write songs. And
with New York on her mind, don’t be surprised if a
few showtunes pop onto Maite’s tracklist too.
